I purchased the C-130 and WX Radar packages, and wanted to ask some questions in the C-130 forum.

At the bottom of the page it states I cannot post new topics.

I've read the FAQ and Forum Rules, which state that once registered I can post topics.

I sent a PM to Captain Sim 2 on 12/25, but have not received a reply.

What must I do to enable create new topic?

Hello,

I have the problem of the topic with nearly all of my CS addons.
I purchased the CS 707,727,757 and 777 as well as the L-1011 Exterior.(with two different accounts)
The only addon working is the L1011.

All other addons aren't working because of the locked Order Number. I already submit a ticket, but I did't receive any EMail or see the ticket in my CustomerSupport Thread.

I purchased the addons 2-3 years ago and reinstall my Windows several times (also the FSX). At the moment none of these addons is installed.

Can you help me with that issue?

my order number is also locked after... i dosn´t count..... because reinstallation my windows, hd-crash. Cry
How can i get back into my C-130 cockpit? Cheesy

Hope you can help me soon. Because useing Support-Site wasn´t helpfull.

I just submit two tickets to the support (base pack and cargo pack), but I was also affected by this problem. I uninstalled the 2.4 version of the 727 to install the new version 2.5 when I got the message.

I was upset about the situation, after all it seems I'm making piracy. Definitely something that I do not support.

I hope to resolve this as soon as possible, and finally be able to fly the new version of 727.

Hello to everybody. that's my first post here Wink. here is my problem. I've bought some planes (727-100 Base Pack, 727-200 Expansion and 727 Freighter Expansion model). The first 2 work perfectly, but when i try to install the 727, i get the following text:
Error 29: This order Number is locked. Our records show this O.N. has been used more than 3 times on different PC setups and/or IPs.
¿How can it be possible, if i have always installed all of them in the same computers?

OK thank you Capt! the PS in front of the Order Number worked but in my receipt from FSPilotShop I don't have that listed. All it has is the order number *Numbers* and that's it. I just looked again and that's all it has on my receipt.

Looks like maybe FSPilotShop needs to update their sales/purchasing info.

Sorry for the rant earlier but it sucks when things don't work out in with a situation like this.

I purchased the l1011 in early 2016 since then I have had 2 hard drives fail 1 was old the new one failed after 6 months and got a replacement and just had to reinstall windows last week.

After downloading the aircraft from the link I used at Captain sim site I got the dreaded order number locked and it won't install.

I now see that outlook email has been blacklisted and there is no option to change my email address in my profile


I posted trouble tickets in support 3 days ago still no word I have checked my hotmail settings and listed captain sim as safe and still no news

Any ideas how to solve this ?
