My Order Number Has Been Locked!

Captain Sim,
I have spent quite a lot of money on your products and recently upgraded my computer.
I am trying to re-install my FSX Block B 757 so I can also install my Block F.
I find now that my order numbers have been locked.
I am looking on the support section, but cannot find any direct support contact link that will get this problem solved.
The only contact information that I can find says not to use it for support issues because they will not get answered.
I am at my wit's end trying to figure out what I need to do to get the products that I spent so much money on, re-activated. Embarrassed
There is nothing of use on the Customer Support page except my purchase information.
Please give me the direct link that I need to get this Block B and F unlocked.
I greatly appreciate your help.

Update:  Ok, I did a search on the forum and think that I found how to get in touch with support with this concern.
I guess I am supposed to click on the product link in my account history within my purchase history. 
Just as a suggestion, it seems to me that this process is a little hard for the consumer to find.  I had to find it in the "forum rules" when, I think these instructions should also be clearly visible within the "customer support" section or under my product history.  It was quite frustrating and took me almost an hour to find how to contact support about reactivation. (even though I had done it before, it is hard to remember Undecided)
I know from experience that Captain Sim has great support, it is just a little hard for the consumer to locate how to go about getting it.

You have been provided with Pro Pack and according to exchange policy listed at KB# 1147 no longer have the opportunity to install older Blocks, please install Pro Pack only.

Captain Sim,
Once again you have provided me with excellent support for you products.  Smiley
I did successfully download and installed the new ProPack.  I haven't had a chance to try it yet, but I'm sure that it installed fine.  
I will delete all of my saved Block packages for FSX so that I don't try to install them mistakenly in the future.  Hopefully it will be a long time before I have any reason to anyway.  
This new upgrade on my computer seems to be running FSX very well.

I look forward to purchasing future products from Captain Sim.  I have been more than satisfied with the great products developed here.
I have my eyes on the C-130 FSX product.  I have heard a lot of praise about it.

Hi !

I think i'm in a same kind of trouble.

I recently bought a new computer, and would like to re-install my CaptainSim 707. Nevertheless, I can't find any help on the website for re-downloading the file... i'm feeling a little screwed right now.

I searched for my "purchase history" but can't find this... moreover My profile page displays something quite odd (linked file).

Could you provide any help ? Thanks.

Hello, I have the same problem. But when I use the support čpage it said the following message:

"The Internet Fraud activity has been detected!
The Internet Fraud activity report has been created successfully!

The Internet Fraud activity report to be filed to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center.[...]"

I wanted to post my own topics but it seems that I don't have any access to do so.  Undecided

Why I don't have access to create my topics anymore? and how can I ask to reset my validation process if I can't use the process?

[UPDATE]. Ok I find why I'm not able to begin a new topics... I'm waiting to have +50 posts.

As My first purshase at captainSIm was in 2007 and I only have 7 posts now, I think I will never able to post my own Post lol

Hi new here,Having similar problem.I just built a new pc and was trying to install cs707, 727 base pack 727 freighter,757 base,767 and only the 707 would activate.I have the download links but it wont activate because it says i have activated it on different ips,pcs.I also got my broadband upgrded  Thanks.

For the second time this evening with another product, I'm unable to install a CS product (error 05)  and unable to use the "Locked Order Number Investigation" form. Sad

Hi im new on the fourms.I have the following captain sim aircraft:BOEING 707-300 base pack,727-100 base pack 757 base pack 767 base pack.I have built a new pc and was trying to install my captain sim aircraft when "error 05" came up. I have also had my broadband changed twice as Eircom upgraed to EFIBRE.The b707-300 base pack was the only one i could activate.I sent captain sim a email.Is there anything else i need to do.Thanks.
