Dear Captain Sim team!

After having moved to another internet provider my e-mail has changed. Where can I update my records with you? Besides, with the new update I would like to have blocks B and F exchanged for the Pro Pack. Your kind advice is valued.

Please check-in to Your Profile and use Customer Support >open new Ticket specifying your request.

Further to this, it seems as though they reply to e.mail which is on file This is a problem as my that e.mail is closed so any replies sent there cannot be accessed. Any suggestions as to how else to change it? Perhaps they should setup a profile self-managment for the customer?

I'm not able to check in to do the changes to register my new e-mail address. No matter what I do the form tell me my sec.code.order no. or e-mail are wrong? It's the e-mail I want to change as the old one,The registered one is no longer active and I'm afraid I'll go miss of any correspondance...I just checked in my profile and the new e-mail is on the list.However do I still have to use the old one to checkin?
I just requested my e-mail ionfo.And can see my new e-mail is registered already...How ever I can't check in:
Invalid Security Code, Order Number or email...

At the moment...I keep getting this message? in Red

Hi Bernardo.

Check-in to Your Profile using your old email address and the order number of the product.

Once you have checked in. Create a New Ticket to have your email address changed to your new email address. Once the ticket is processed and Captain Sim have removed your old email address and replace it with your new email address. That is when you will be able to check in with your new email address.

Hi. I have a ticket pending to have my email address changed. What's the normal turn around time for that. I submitted it on Saturday.

Hello, I send this because I Cannot Check In

I recently changed my Email address from rperry290@rogers.com to rperry290@bell.net. When I made this change I was unable to update my email here at Captain Sim because Rogers (my old ISP provider) closed my rogers.com address before I could ask for my order number again.

I currently own the following from Captain Sim

727 Captain base (no virtual cockpit)
757 Captain Base Block + Block E + Freighter Expansion.


Please let me know if I have to post this in the forums

I was recently hacked and am slowly getting things back. Would it be possible to change my account info from this and I can't remember my VATSIM password, is it possible to change the email without having to log in? I still am unable to get into my email account so that is why I can't get a password. Before everyone asks if I have done my stuff to try to get my email back, I have, and I can't remember the stupid question.

That's not good. I'm sorry to hear that you've been hacked. Sad

I hope you get things sorted out soon. As for the statement "I can't remember the stupid question", don't worry, I've been caught out with that one before, so you aren't alone there.
