Hello all,

I have searched the forums and the manual for information on how to tune my Comm and Nav radios, but I can't find anything on this topic.

Could someone tell me how to do this?  I click on them and nothing happens, can't chage freqs.

Thank you!

bind a key for "Avionics Switch" in FS9, switch avionics to on and the radio is working. Or simply before loading the plane, switch it on in the cessna first.

Thank you StormFly, but, I am able to see the frequencies, I am just not able to change the frequencies by clicking on the knobs.  Any ideas?

Hello All

Go to the Radio panel and change from "auto" to "manual". Just that!

The more you fly, the more you learn. So, don't try to fly like your mom wants: slowly and low!!!&&

Hi zidanefrk
Ive had the same problem. Theres a workaround though:
just add the line
electric_always_available=1

in your electrical section in your aircraft.cfg. Thats it, solves your problem Wink

Under normal operations, the 757 tunes the radios automatically to close VOR stations to keep the IRS aligned automatically using DME updating.

You have two options to manually set a frequency:

1.) Turn off auto-tuning by klicking the marked-button from following screenshot (should be on the main panel, click to enlarge).

2.) The better option: Open the FMC, switch to the RAD/NAV page, enter the frequency or navaid identifier into the scratchpad and push left or right LSK1 for Nav1 / Nav2.

Btw: Both ways should be described in the manual... At least the second way can be found in Manual 5.
