About Engines Model

Upon airlines request, Boeing provide different model of engines for 757 families, as I know, there are 3 engine manufacturers GE, PW, RR.
Each engine type is different in both visual model and performances.
I am wondering for CS757 block F and D, the engine mathematical performance model will based on which engine manufacturer? GE, PW, or RR? Or you simulated all 3 different models.
If you just have enough data to provide only one engine mathematical performance model, will you also provide the other two models in both visual and cockpit items?

James.

The GE CF6-32 never made it into production, much less onto the wings of a 757.  Only PW and RR.
