I didn't know Qualtywings and Captain Sim had the same texture artist?

Looks like another company has acknowledged the problem, and have taken steps to correct it, including a public apology to CS on there site and forum, as well in the readme and all offending files removed from the download file servers (avsim in this case).  So I guess it's up to CS now on how they want to handle it, or just let it drop as a closed issue!
