VC Gauges FPS

Hello,

i bought the C130 some days ago. It's a really lovely modelled aircraft! Nice Job Capt'n Sim  Grin

Im using TrackIR... So i prefer the use of VC. Unfortunately the framerate of the gauges is really slow. Its nearly impossible to fly a smooth ILS approach with bad visibility.
Is there a possibility to boost the gauge FPS in VC?

John,

When I fly in bad WX with the C-130, as an unofficial part of my "descent" checklist, I bring my scenery detail sliders down low. Since I don't care if a hangar door is open or closed or a tree is in the right place, my goal is to fly a good approach so I want all available framerates. If I want to, once I clear the runway, I turn the sliders back up to what they were.

It should give you some framerates back. For me it's the price I pay to fly the C-130.  I'd suggest going to AVSIM forums to see how you can tweak your FS9 setup.

Hi

Thanks for the answer. But i have about 25 fps in VC with acceptable graphics.
Only the gauges like HSI, altimeter, vertical speed and so on has about one or less fps. No matter if i play with zero detail at 640x480.
Its frustrating :/
