I want to paint a livery, but I can't seem to open the repaint kit. I'm using PSP XI, any idea why?

The repaint kit is a set *.psd files designed for experienced artists. Adobe Photoshop required.

I know that!, I'm a painter and I use PSP XI.  Can someone tell me why it doesn't open then?

Does PSP stand for Photoshop?

Stands for "Paint Shop Pro version XI".  I've done repaints for Carenado, Eaglesoft, another company, and another company.  I know what it takes to paint, but not what it takes to open your paint kit.

Thank you for reply. This is the case, see my first post - Adobe Photoshop is required to use the repaint kit, it was designed this way. We do not guarantee the compatibility with Paint Shop Pro, sorry.

PSP XI is *.psd format! why wouldn't it work? As a matter of fact it does what Photoshop does and more. By the way, I have your Legendary 727 paint kit which came out before your 707, same repaint format as your 707, and I'm able to paint on it.  Perhaps a separate paint kit for the 707 should be posted on your website, like you have for the Legendary 727, C130 and the MiG 21 Wink

Maybe you didn't install it correctly. Try downloading from this section of Captain Sim's website, that's where I got mine: http://www.captainsim.com/support/dl/rk707.html

If it doesnt work, then try using another programme to open it. Try to download Adobe Photoshop 30-day trail version. It will be for free. SmileySee if it works with that.
