NO LOGIN REQUIRED TO MAKE A PURCHASE AT OUR ONLINE STORE.

If you cannot login to Your Profile and/or get NOROBOTS message at captainsim.com login page:

1. Make sure you use a valid ORDER NUMBER received from Captain Sim.
Do not use a transaction ID** received from a payment system (paypal etc).

2. Make sure you use the email you have used for the purchase (PayPal etc)

3. Make sure your do not use the following characters: ; : , # spaces / $ []{}_ -$%^&*()"'

4. Make sure your browser security level is not higher than MEDIUM-HIGH (Tools>Internet Options>Security)

5. Clean your browser cache.

6. Remove all captainsim.com cookies.

7. Make sure your browser accepts cookies from captainsim.com

8. Check your antivirus/firewall settings.

9. Check your Windows User Account Control settings.

** - Note:
If you have not received an e-mail from Captain Sim with the order number, you can make one from the following payment system transaction IDs:
- Flight1 Orders: add letters FL before the transaction ID. For example, transaction ID 12345 becomes an order number FL12345.
- SimMarket Orders: Add SM:  12345 > SM12345
- FSPilotShop Orders: Add PS: 12345 > PS12345
- FlightSim Store Orders:  Add FL: 12345 > FL12345.


If the above does not solve the issue please PM to this account providing:
- Order Number
- Product title
- Purchaser's name
- Purchaser's email
