	i think i talked to that guy when i had to re-install windows by phone, needless to say i only have about 15 more days to activate windows (btw i am just kidding i only have 10 lol lol lol)

	Have to agree, it's pretty funny. I love Dell, but their tech support has left a lot to be desired of late.
