How do I attach a photo to a posting??? (Read 2672 times)

	Guys & Gals, I need a little help here. Apparently I'm only operating with half a deck, but I can't figure out how to add a photograph to a posting. I've tried copy and paste, drag and drop and cut and paste. The little icon on the tool bar (Insert immage) only adds the annotation IMG, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to select and attach a photo. A very "mentally challenged" simmer. Ziggy

	Thanks Dan for the super quick reply, but your tutoral is apparently over my pay grade. I'm missing something as I can't follow the procedure in physically selecting and attaching a photo I want to post without reinventing the wheel. There has to be a simpler way--- Ziggy

	Dan, I do believe you're missing my point of confusion. Regardless of where I'm hosting my photos, I don't understand how I establish a link to get a specific photo attached to my post. Should I assume that once I establish a host site that I'll automatically get a drop down search menu when I click on my post's "insert image" icon? Ziggy

Still can't figure out why I can paste "coding" into a post but can't paste a photograph? It just all seems like an unnecessary step. Perhaps it's a security issue to preclude/screen viruses and/or pornographic material? Regardless thanks to you, I think I'm with the program now. Thanks again for your demonstration of extreme tolerance in dealing with a really hard headed dummy. As a final test, here's a composite of screenshots with some serious editing. Enjoy--- Ziggy
