havnt taken any screenies since almost a month ago,  but now that ive found coolbits thing to bump up my anti aliasing to 16X's instead of the shabby 8XS that i have, i should give it a whirl... new vid card soooo close i can taste it *drools* time to dump this FX5600

ohhh yea, could finally run the games that use shadermodels decently with a new vid card ... i think my current card has 4 pipes,  was looking at one card, could open it to 16 pipelines but its PCI and i only have an AGP motherboard, and that vid card was only 175 bucks... ATI Radeon X800, so thats off,  still huntin about for a card .. i wouldnt mind a 512 card but the only games that use all 512 would be doom 3 and probably quake 4, as they wont compress the textures if you have a 512 meg card installed...

i tried overclocking my card by about 70 mhz ... that was no good, black dots in everything i did, so i turned it back ASAP heh

heh quake 4 looks so much like doom 3, can hardly tell the difference really.. but with flight sim and screenies, any card will do, just bump up the anti aliasing, antisotropic filtering as high as you can, and screenies will come out lookin nice and crisp
