The dome light knob does not turn. Cannot get dome lights to go from off to on?

Hi TerryMajic,
1. Turn on Cockpit Light Switch (left window post)
2. Overhead light knob, rotate to set desired brightness.
If the curtain is getting in the way, try opening the window and then rotate the knob.
