Hello! Trying to install my CaptainSim B737-300 in a fresh P3D v5, Win 11, but received this message:
Error #29:Locked Order Number. Number of allowed activations has been exceeded. You must deactivate the software on your first device before transferring to another device. For details please visit  captainsim com/support
Both online and Offline activations does not work. 
I do not know how to deactivate my product in another device. Please, Help!
