Make sure the stabilizer is in the green band

How do I adjust stab, yellow switches have no effect.

Press the yellow switch down and hold until the Stabelizer indicator turns green

The left yellow switch does it as it happens in a real plane, but the right yellow switch will do it x5 times faster.
Also you can use Numpad 1 / Numpad 7 on your keyboard.

Thanks for the solution. Not many MSFS aircraft start in an "out of trim" state. Even the initial release of the 717 had no alerts. Why pick this category for an alert?
