Title: How to start a new topic?

I'm sorry to post this here, but I have no other way to seek someone's help. I've been a member since 2015, but I cannot post a new topic in the c-130 Captain board or many other boards on this forum. How can I contact the moderator to rectify this problem?

Thanks. When I joined, that rule didn't exist, so I never had that problem, and was unsure of the exact count required. ;)
