Is there any settings for theese quadrant or is there any profile you can use?????

I don't have settings for these but I have a Honey Comb Bravo Throttle that I've somewhat configured to the cockpit quadrants. I have the first two as engine throttle 1/4 on 1, 2,3 on 2. I have it also set up so I drop 1 into the back detent to engage reverse thrust. I then have the 4 engine control on the last 4 in order to simulate the engine startup with it. I may change it to add something else and only use in game for the startup.   

I'm just starting out in flight sim and no experience with the C-130 so I'd love to hear some others setups for some ideas.
