I have both the Pratt and Whitney base model and the Rolls Royce engine variation which worked fine in FSX until my virus software decided to one day quarentine the ACE part of the add on. I had kept copies of my order number and the original download files but when I ran the EXE file again my order number isn't being recognised by your internal server. I have tried the manual install option downloading a seperate key and watched the video. It seemed to allow the install until I went into the sim and there was no aircraft showing even though it said it was installed, only the thumbnail image. Hope you can help, many thanks.
