Is there any way to make one to work on a 2nd touch screen monitor ?? ::)

There is no undockable 2D Overhead Panel, so the next best thing to do would be to open a new window ("[" key) and drag it over to another monitor (if you can). I only use a single monitor, so I don't know if it can be dragged from one monitor to another one. :-/
