I have a bug on the hot air balloon, the pilot has the head in the basket and feet protruding from the basket, will there be a fix soon? And otherwise my balloon tends to stall up, how do we use the heating burner? Yet I reach 23000 feet.

The pilot protruding from the basket, does it show an additional pilot along with the one which is included that is posed? Is the pilot protruding on every livery option (1-6)?

There are two people in the basket and the additional pilot is behind and both feet come out of the basket. I think it should be like that with all liveries

It's way beyond the operational envelope. Recrational hot air ballon normal altitudes are 1000-3000 feet.

Anyways you are not allowed above 14,000 feet without oxygen equipment  ;)

Ich habe die gleichen Probleme wie "DreamlinerAlexis".
Desalb poste ich keine Bilder.

Ich habe den Ballon im MSFS Marktplatz gekauft.
PC Version.

- kein Sound im FPV (im Ballonkorb)
- in der Aussenansicht kann man alles hören
- keine Brenner Animation oder Sound
- Brenner Animation wäre, besonders, in Abend und
  Nachtstunden schön.

Das ist alles ein "wenig" enttäuschend. :-/

Also ein Bugfix wäre sehr nett.

I have the same problems as "DreamlinerAlexis".
That's why I don't post any pictures.

I bought the balloon in the MSFS marketplace.
PC version.

- no sound in the FPV (in the balloon basket)
- from the outside you can hear everything
- no burner animation or sound
-  burner animation would be, especially, in evening and
    Night hours beautiful.

No matter where or how you launch the balloon, the pilot hangs at the bottom of the balloon basket. For all variants.

This is all a "little" disappointing.  :-/

So a bugfix would be very nice.

Dear , update well received  but problem of pilot legs who protuding from the basket , still same.  burner with flams is cool but there is not sound .  Could you update fix for pilot legs please ?  Thanks

2. Full reinstall from the Content Manager.

The bug pilot  still showing in all variants and doesn't dissapear.

The pilot bug doesn't appear  in the hanger with all variants.
This bug appears only in flight.

Do the included pilots/passengers show up properly in all variants?

Yes after uninstall  i restarted the sim .
the extra pilot  bug  show both external and internal view.
passengers  works proporly with all variants .

i received new update on xbox but  pilob bug still the same !!!!!
i uninstalled product  , and reinstalled  again  but bug still here with all liveries .

Sorry to hear its still happening, your files must be conflicting somewhere because theres no possible way an additional pilot can be generated anymore.

Is the pilot bug still in the same spot as before? Any changes? Do you have functionality with the new elements added in 1.2 burner controls etc?

Please do a full uninstall of the Hot Air Balloon, Restart your Xbox, restart the flight sim and install the product again. Hopefully this will clear any saved cache or broken files you may have.

I have there same problems, also the xbox controller vibrates constantly in flight. :-[

Controller vibration can be turned off under Accessibility. Is your pilot bug happening in the same spot as the photos included in this forum? Are there any other differences than whats mentioned already?
