Title: GSX Stairs to tall for aircraft
Post by sirsimon007 on Jun 27th, 2023 at 3:49am
GSX foum advise me to contact the CS forum regarding stairs for the CS B736-300ER which my problem is that as per attachment, you can see the stairs come over the top of the aircraft, so when the pax board
they got on the roof of the Aircraft; this is the same when un/loading the ULD's (Aircraft containers) and Now i have two stairs for the same door.

Would appreciate any advise.

I have the same problem. Looks like the CS B767 is broadcasting an incorrect door height to GSX. Since CS won't respond to these postings (no more P3D support), I'll post here if I find the solution.

The answer is:

In P3D and with the CS B767 loaded at an airport gate, go to menu Add-ons, GSX, Customize Aircraft...

The GSX - Customize Aircraft windows opens. On the left side of the aircraft figure, click on the green rectangle to the right of "Pax1". A pop up window shows up to allow you to configure that door. You could then enter the door position to the right of the "Position (m)" label. You can enter it manually or use click on the "Customize in 3D editor" button. My numbers are from left to right: -2.41, 20.0, 4.54.

Hope this helps.
