Hi,
Since you have the 777-200 PW, and the livery you downloaded says -200ER, it is for a different plane. That's why its not showing up. Make sure you're downloading liveries for your exact plane. Since package naming, textures etc. are aircraft specific. All liveries need to be for the exact specific plane for the sim to be able to see the downloaded livery and show it in-game.
