Title: Marketplace Livery Packs dont show up in the Content Manager

I purchased the 777-300 PW Livery Pack 3, and the CS 767 300ER PW Livery Pack 5 in the MSFS 2020 Marketplace, and neither of them show up in the Content Manager, but they both show as "installed".

I am apparently not allowed to post yet, so that is why I'm jacking this thread a bit.

Do you have these liveries when you select the Aircraft > Livereies?

They do not show up at all in the Aircraft > Liveries section. The only Boeing aircraft that show up at all are the 787 and 747 purchased from another marketplace seller.

I misspoke when I said the did now show up on the Content Manager, they do, and they show as "installed".

In any case, is there anything I can do to get these to show up and available ?

Hi Captain Sim, it's been a while, can you see if you can help out here? I've paid for the add on, but to date, still cannot use it in MSFS 2020. Seems like a bit of a delivery problem, eh?

Was the 777-300 PW and 767-300ER PW purchased from the Marketplace along with the livery packs?

Can you provide some more information. Which exact engine variant? -200ER GE? PW? RR? Place of purchase, MP or CS store? Included Air France livery or 777 LP2?

I assume you're on FS20?
Other liveries show up?

Sure. Yes, the sim is the MSFS2020. The core plane was sthe Boeing 777-200 PW4000 purchased and downloaded from the Marketplace. The Air France repaint was downloaded from the flightsim.to website. The title is "Air France | F-GSPQ | Captain Sim Boeing 777-200ER (4K)"

Hi,
Since you have the 777-200 PW, and the livery you downloaded says -200ER, it is for a different plane. That's why its not showing up.

Make sure you're downloading liveries for your exact plane. Since package naming, textures etc. are aircraft specific. All liveries need to be for the exact specific plane for the sim to be able to see the downloaded livery and show it in-game.
