I figured it out. Im not sure if it will apply to other users having the same issue.  Go to ->C:\Users\*******\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\Packages\Community. Install captiansim 767 in the community folder.
