I don't know if you are aware of this, but the email is heavily delayed regarding your 9.99 sales.

How badly is the delay?  Well I got mine 22 minutes AFTER the sale was finished.
At that point you may as well save the hassle and not send it at all.

Now I recall seeing the same issue last year as well.
For reference I am using Gmail though so you aren't being held up in a spam filter.

Since there is no site feedback / talk forum, I will have to leave this post here.

I must admit that I think the emails should be sent out 24 hours before the sale starts, so people can recieve them well in advance, and to give them enough time to buy anything they want for the sale price. :(
I didn't recieve the email from Captain Sim until 9:12am (23/12/22 AEDT), and the sale ended at 10:59am (23/12/22 AEDT).

Fair enough, but in that case too many people visit the store at the beginning of the sale causing various overload issues during the first few hours. So we try to balance.

Is there any chance of a "second sales day" for those of us who didn't get the email until after the sale had finished?

Yep...I also got the mail after the sale had finished :-?....January (new year) sale option ?

Yep, I received mine at 22:40 (21:40Z) on the day of the sale. By then I was in bed asleep so didn't see the email until the mornng.
