When did Captain Sim start trying to make things as complicated and as inconvenient as possible for their customers? Does anybody know? It didn't used to be this way. I can't use any "customer support" email. What is it supposed to be used for if not "customer support"?  I, 2, have "locked order numbers" for P3Dv4 but the only thing I can find support for is MSFS2020. The "offline activation" is not working for me. What am I to do? The fact that there is so many having so much trouble should be a sign that captain Simmons does not make things so complicated in inconvenient.
