Ahhh. So it's the 1011 Captain (FSX/SE/P3D3), not the 1011 Captain II (P3D4/P3D5). Seeing as you posted in the 1011 Captain II forum, I assumed that's what it was (1011 Captain forum is here). ;)

Anyway. With the testing in FSX, I got the vibration warning, but the throttles remained at 100% until the warning light went out at ~10,000 feet. What I normally do is pull the joystick throttle back to 0% after turning the AT on.
