Is this still for sale? Every time I try to purchase this, I get a momentary popup box then nothing happens.

If It's in the store, then it's still for sale.
Seeing as it's a momentary popup box that seems to be preventing you from purchasing, check whether your browser is blocking popups from the Captain Sim store.

Well I took the payment up to adding the Credit/Debit Card details, and the PayPal details, so it seems like it's working fine for me (see attached image).

Note. I'm not going to buy what I already own again, so I didn't complete the payment details to finalise the payment(s).
