I was trying to install the product that I just purchased today mut all the time the same problem : code error...could you please give me any support? thanks and best regards

NEVER SHOW YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN PUBLIC!!!

I editied the title of your post and removed the order number displayed

Did you go to the link (https://www.captainsim.org/forum/csf.pl?num=1622451850) displayed on the the installer with the error?
