Does not manage programmed altitude contines to rise
Not sure what you mean by this. Is this the Cruise Altitude, or an altitude constraint before Cruise Altitude?
The 777-300ER always holds the cruise altitude for me, not sure of altitude constraints in SID's/STAR's, so I use the altitude to hold those (i.e. if the altitude constraint is 6,000, then I set the altitude to 6000, that way it doesn't climb above 6000ft).
I can't get it to follow the descent path after reaching TD, but that also applies in the 747-8i.

FMC cannot re-enter the correct parameters of the 10° flaps imposed instead of 5 or 15
The 747 doesn't have a 15o flap setting, so therefore the 777 can't set it at that either due to using the default 747 for all those systems - "Essential functionality paired with default 747 (must be installed) systems simulation"

APU start and APU Gen does not need to start the engines before the push.
Maybe if the external air/power is available, that's enough to provide generator power for engine start (I don't know how to get rid of those - ground services has no options to remove it (that I know of)).

The vertical stabilizer is permanently oriented to the left or right, which causes the aircraft to tilt to the right or left
