If you bought the 764 from the Captain Sim Online Store, you extract it to the Microsoft Flight Simulator\Community\captainsim-aircraft-m764\SimObjects\Airplanes\CS_B767-400ER_CF6\panel folder.
If you bought it from the MSFS Marketplace, then I assume you would extract it to the Microsoft Flight Simulator\Official\OneStore\captainsim-aircraft-m764\SimObjects\Airplanes\CS_B767-400ER_CF6\panel\SimObjects\Airplanes\CS_B767-400ER_CF6\panel* folder.
I recommend that you backup the original Captain_Sim.m767.sys.wasm file first.

* I'm assuming that the folder naming convention (captainsim-aircraft-m764) for aircraft bought through the Marketplace would be the same as it is for those bought from the Captain Sim Online Store.

what does that do by chance ? Also my understanding that there was a fix to fix the weight and balance issues regarding the fact initially this plane was setup with 4 engines even though it only has 2.. Someone said that their was a fix for that ? Is back to normal when you set it up for flight that your setting it for 2 engines not 4 ?
