It's been a long time since we last communicated. I just want to send you, your familes, friends and your whole country my thoughts and prayers during this tragedy that has happened.

I have been one of your client since 2004 and FS9 I was always thrilled by the quality of your products and I am still thrilled. Among the best ! Until now I had no idea you were based in Ukraine and it wasn't an issue until recently. I sincerly hope this madness will end soon and people with intelligence and some hearth will understand nothing can justify the killing of innocent people. I hope you will not hate your neighbours for generation to come strangely they always choosen themselves the worst leaders I don't know why. World is praying for you guys.
