Been trying to send this request via email but i keep getting a return on the address.  I've also looked this issue up in the forums, but no one from CS seems to want to respond.
I have been trying to reinstall the Captain Sim 757 Base Model for P3D v4.  I have the extended download package...and tried using my Order number that came with it.  I've followed all the steps for a reinstall. Unfortunately I keep getting an error 33.  Could it be my code is old and I need a new one?  I believe the code is the same for the Expansion Pack as well...I bought them at the same time.

Any help would greatly be appreciated!!
