Hi everyone,

What is the latest version I am currently on 1.1.0.0. I saw a YouTube clip yesterday he was on 1.3.0.0

I don't have any updates available in ACE?

Hi All,

I have followed all the steps and re installed and still stuck on the old version.....

Can someone please explain how to get the latest version?

if not, is there even a support channel?

In the store and EDS we have 1.1 which is identical to "any version+the lates hot fix".

I read online that 1.3 is now available for the 777. as you can see I am still on 1.1

crickets... don't know why its so hard for anyone to respond with a straight answer on this forum? non English? beats me..

I am on 1.3 MSFS Market which has incorrect weights so god knows what the correct version is?

If purchased in CS online store:

If purchased in MS marketplace - check the marketplace. Whatever they got is the latest version for the markeplace.

The latest version for the 777-300 for MSFS is 1.0.1.3, not 1.3.0.0, and the instructions for getting the latest update are in the 777 III SimOps > Updates > select model
You will see this on the page:

777-300 FREE UPDATE TO
VERSION 1.013 IS AVAILABLE

MSFS 2020

TO GET THE LATEST VERSION:
1. Turn OFF your antivirus including default Windows Defender. Why?
2. Make sure your simulator is not running.
3. Run ACE (Start>Captain Sim>777-300 ACE MSFS2020) and click UPDATE, OK and wait till the update installer appears.
4. Close ACE.
5. Follow the update installer prompts.

And that's how you upgrade to the latest version.

For the 777F, the latest version page (m777/sops/updates/u774) says 1.013 is the latest; however, the ACE version says I have v1.1.0.0 and says I have the latest 777F. Is this an incorrect discrepancy?

I am having the same issue. ACE is not updating to the current version of the aircraft.??

Right, because you already have the latest version CONTENT, and we don't want people to redownload the same content they already have.
