I changed the hardaware of my PC (motherboard, GPU, processor and HD). Just formated it directly.

My account is captain sim I used this two e-mails: ffcarvalho83@gmail.com & fernandoffilho83@gmail.com but I deleted both cause of privacy reasons with my ex-wife. Now I am only using this: fcarvalhofilho83@gmail.com

I have some buy at CaptainSim, but actually how I am only using P3Dv5, I only use the 757 and 767. I tried offline activations but didn´t work. Please reset my ORDERS to allow me to use it.

And to be honest, I am not familiar with PC, who did all the changings was my techinician. And I only use PC for e-mails, study and trainning in P3Dv5.
