I bought this for MS2020 and it looks nice. But nothing happens with Shift + 2, etc. No animations. I re-downloaded. I updated. Nothing. I want my money back from developer if not fixed. >:(

That's right. Because only door L1 animated.

This is FSX version manual.
The 777 for FS2020 doesn't have that.

Why are you sending me this manual with MY PURCHASE OF THE MSFS version and advertising all these animations if they don't' exist? And don't threaten me with a ban because I am a customer that points out the obvious. You took my money and then treat me like that? No. I have a ton of followers and to this point I have been defending your product. But your reputation is not very good. Here is your chance to fix it.

At the top of the image included in your post, you can see that the name of the file is csx777_manual1.pdf, which is the manual for the 777 Captain (FSX/SE/P3D3), so at the top of each page you should see ‘777 Captain’ MANUAL Part I – User’s Manual, where I would expect to see ‘777 Captain III’ MANUAL Part I – User’s Manual.
I decided to test to see if I would get a manual sent for the 777 Captain III [MSFS2020], so I uninstalled all of them, and after reinstalling them I never got any manual sent.

We never did that.
The 777 The FSX 777 is totally different from the FS2020 one.

The 777 The FSX 777 is totally different from the FS2020 one.

So are you gonna leave it as is or make it better?
