Hi, I purchased my CS boeing 737 200 extention package in 2012. I am trying to reinstall the package on a new computer, and have followed the steps to disarm the firewall. I have created a key request, and when I want to get a key, I get error 48 .

I have read in the comments, that a reset of the product was required as my product is obsolete. Please can you reset the product so that I can install?
