I just purchased (12-22-21) the Space Shuttle sim for FSX and even though I am using the correct order no., e-mail etc. it is NOT allowing me to install the product. The issue is NOT firewall related and I have tried ALL suggested ideas. I am running FSX and have been for years and have no problems with installations. Short of asking for a refund I would like to install it.....any suggestions?
