I don't think it would be that different. I had the same "issue" on PFPX which only has the -500 and with some fine adjustments mainly regarding weights, I could do some flights ending up with not a big difference of fuel than the one PFPX calculated.

Even if you used the L-1011-100 profile, it would still be different to the L-1011-1 modelled by Captain Sim in the 1011 Captain II. It would certainly be a lot closer than the -500 though.

The L-1011-100 had an increased MTOW, and a larger centre tank, which increased its range by 930 miles (1,500 km).

The L-1011-500 was 14 feet shorter than the -1/-100, had more powerful engines, an even greater MTOW, and had almost double the range of the L-1011-1.
