Which sim did you install it in? FSX, FSX-SE, or P3Dv3?
I just tried it in FSX, and pressing SHIFT+2, it opened. I then tried through the Menu, Alt > Views > Instrument Panels > SimIcons, and it opened that way too. At a guess, I might assume that it didn't install correctly. Make sure you right click on the installer, and select "Run as administrator" from the list that pops up. |
