Would need your help as the SIMICONS PANEL does not open anymor. this happens from one flight to another.
First I used another keyboard but still it will not open.

i made a clean new istalation of the CS 777 but no success.
Any idea what i can do

Which sim did you install it in? FSX, FSX-SE, or P3Dv3?
I just tried it in FSX, and pressing SHIFT+2, it opened. I then tried through the Menu, Alt > Views > Instrument Panels > SimIcons, and it opened that way too.
At a guess, I might assume that it didn't install correctly. Make sure you right click on the installer, and select "Run as administrator" from the list that pops up.

I use FSX ...
I have installed captain sim as admin...
as i told you i have made a flight with the 777 it worked next day i wanted to make another flight and it did not worked anymore.

i will try another installation but i doubt it will change keep you informed
