Can you install it from Steam sellecting it from your Steam library?
If you do that, I'm sure it will install to the correct libray (usually X:\Steam\steamapps\common\ or X:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\
with X being the drive where Steam is installed (i.e. D:\Steam, or E:\SteamLibrary, as it is in my case).
