After several days trying again and again to make the mouse pointer to work on several panel switches I found the trick and that should be addressed a fix.
So, first I load the 767 and once is loaded the switches not detected by the mouse pointer becomes to life again after I reload the plane without shutting down FSX sim.
But, I found the FMC MENU bottom even the mouse points on it it doesn't open from the FMC page to get the Setup Page as it does in P3D.

Is there a way to load the FMC Setup Page option to execute "Cold and Dark"?
