The cup holder was done more than an year ago. In the current market even the limited 767-3CF Expansion release is a waste of time from the business point of view. The ONLY reason we doing that is because people have been waiting for the GE and the F for a long time.

Money. The 767-3CF Expansion sales won't cover even the sound licensing fees.
Anyone who can tell the diffence between the PW and GE sounds can buy the GE sound pack from third party developers.
