Please I was an early supporter of CS 737 purchasing 737 Captain (737-200 Exterior Model) then got the 737 Captain (737-200) Base Pack Upgrade [FSX/SE]

when I try to install 737 Captain (737-200) Base Pack Upgrade [FSX/SE] I receive this at activation:

Error #48:Unknown product

Whats happening?How to fix it?

UPDATE:Captainsim contacted me and update my order to a full base pack, since the version I had was considered obsolete.

I'm not sure how long before you get the help you need (I can't do it). Perhaps you also need to get the full Base Pack like espire got, rather than having to install the Exterior, then the Base Pack upgrade. :-/
