I think it doesn't exist dynamic wing flex, only an intermediate position with the plane on ground and on air, I think that with the plane on ground the wings are a little flexed, a middle solution between two states,

Hmmm...its an animation issue...its P3D.
Let me see, the 767 in P3D also has animation issues, seems they are done with fixing animations in P3D for that aircraft.

The 767-400 for MSFS was released yesterday...someone already complaining about wingflex...CS answers the next day.

The 737 wingflex issue was reported in the beginning of April over 8 months ago, not a peep from CS.

See where I'm going here?
