I suggest you uninstall your flight sims, and add-ons, on the C: drive, then reinstall them on the D: drive. It's a lot of work, but that's the best way to do it.
I recently moved mine (FSX-SE, P3Dv4, P3Dv5, and MSFS2020) from my D: to my new E: drive. |
