It tells you the web address to go to on the 3rd line of your image: https://www.captainsim.com/support/on_unlock.html, to fix your problem. ;)
Upon going there, you will be required to Login to Your Profile, then select the Product (Weapon (FSX)), then fill in the required details, and submit the request to have your Order Number unlocked. |
