Hello, yesterday I tired to install Weapons for FSX after a long time and I get this error message just after entering the Serial number in the installation process, how can I fix it?

Error 05: Number of allowed activation have been exceeded
To unlock the order number please use

It tells you the web address to go to on the 3rd line of your image: https://www.captainsim.com/support/on_unlock.html, to fix your problem. ;)
Upon going there, you will be required to Login to Your Profile, then select the Product (Weapon (FSX)), then fill in the required details, and submit the request to have your Order Number unlocked.

Thanks a lot for your quick response, for some reason I tried to go into the address showed in the image but it didn't took me where the link you posted in your message took me, now I just sent my purchase info so it can be unlocked
