I have the cs 777 for msfs but it is not working and crashes my sim. I want to delete and reinstall, but i am not sure how and i can not find the installer file, only the file to uninstall. If anyone can help please reply to this and tell me.

Re-install on the same device. No software deactivation required if you do not change any hardware, OS and/or username on your device. Otherwise, you must deactivate the software (Start>Captain Sim>777 ACE [2020]>Deactivate) BEFORE making any changes to the device.
TRANSFER TO ANOTHER DEVICE. You may uninstall the software and install it on another device for your use. You may not do so to share this license between devices. You must deactivate the software (Start>Captain Sim>777 ACE [2020]>Deactivate) on your first device before transfer to another device. |

thanks but I still dont know how to delete and reinstall and furher explanation is still needed, like a step by step explanation.
